11. Equal Workplaces, Equal Rights – Stonewall

DynaMind eLearning developed 13 e-learning modules for the groundbreaking initiative by Stonewall, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). In collaboration with various civil society organizations (CSOs) and global employers across the Commonwealth, we helped Stonewall develop a comprehensive e-learning platform designed to foster workplace access and inclusion for lesbian, gay, bi, and trans (LGBT) communities.

Addressing the significant socioeconomic challenges faced by LGBT people, often stemming from discrimination, harassment, and violence, this project was pivotal in promoting employment rights in Commonwealth states. Given the context that only 40% of UN Member States have protections against employment discrimination based on sexual orientation, and just 15 of these are Commonwealth states, our work aimed to make a substantial impact.

These 13 e-modules were designed to enhance the understanding of employment policies and practices in various Commonwealth contexts. They serve a dual purpose: firstly, empowering LGBT+ communities with knowledge to improve their access to and retention of employment in diverse settings, and secondly, educating employers on the necessary policies and practices to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce, adaptable to various legal environments.

The e-learning modules were developed in Articulate Rise with Storyline and Vyond components.
