Together with one of our clients, World Vision Australia, DynaMind eLearning received the Platinum Award for Best New Technology Implementation (eLearning Adopter) and a Gold Award for Best Online eLearning Model in the 2014 LearnX Asia Pacific Awards. We are also a finalist in the category Best Bespoke eLearning Model.
We are very proud to have won these awards for another implementation of our eWorkshop Model. There is a short description of the World Vision Local Value Chain Development Training for Market Facilitators on our website. eWorkshops are asynchronous facilitated learning events with lots of team work. We use the open source learning management system Moodle to develop eWorkshops.
It is also testimony to the great collaboration with the World Vision team, in particular Mark Harwood and Virginia Gough. Virginia completed our e-facilitation workshop in 2012, was then promptly hired by World Vision, and played a key role in designing and facilitating this wonderful eWorkshop programme! For the past 10 years we have been committed to designing innovative collaborative e-learning solutions for learners living in digitally challenged environments. This engagement is very close to our hearts. Considering the challenges we overcome with these eWorkshop programmes run in Africa and other developing regions, victory tastes extra sweet.
